Welcome to Snowypockets.

Dear friends,

From Mike and I, we hope you are all healthy and happy.

In a very busy summer between May and October, we had a happy full house.

There are still peak weeks available for the coming winter. Your non-refundable deposit contains the dates requested. If Covid-19 closes the resort, your vacation can be postponed. We're not going anywhere, and neither are these mountains.

We look forward to your stay.

Helen and Mike Onions - caring for our chalets, and our guests, since 1999.

BLOG 31.10.2020 - Arosa Lenzerheide starts its November high with skiing

Arosa Lenzerheide will start this year's November high next Saturday. The long wait is over for winter sports enthusiasts. Those who are hungry for snow can take their first turns on the slopes of the Hörnli in the 2020/21 winter season.

In addition to the offer for pedestrians and bear land lovers on the Weisshorn, the following facilities, slopes and mountain restaurants are in operation for winter sports enthusiasts on the Hörnli:

- Hörnli-Express gondola lift (8.40 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.)

- Hörnli chairlift (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)

- Slopes No. 2, 5, 5a, 5b (valley runs are currently not possible)

- Hörnlihütte

You can find detailed information on the November high here.

The safety and health of our guests and employees is the top priority for the Arosa Lenzerheide winter sports area. You can find details on the protective measures here. Mouth and nose protection is now mandatory for all lifts (gondola lifts, aerial tramways, chairlifts, ski lifts), in all closed rooms of the mountain railways and in all mountain restaurants for people aged 12 and over. The waiting areas are organized in such a way that groups of people standing close together are avoided as much as possible. Mouth and nose protection is also mandatory for queuing areas outside.
