Shopping List – We know the best value products, we like quality, we`ll save you time. Send us your list, we`ll stock the kitchen up before your arrival, and the receipts will be payable on your arrival. If you want to bring meat or favourites from home, you have a large freezer for your use, conveniently placed in the kitchen pantry.
Linen & Bedding: We shall make your beds up with single duvets unless kingsize is requested.
Morning Clean Service: 30 CHF per hour – tidy, vacuum, mop, wipe down surfaces, load dishwasher, wash and put away, kitchen, bathrooms, public areas – as requested.
Garaged Parking: 80 CHF per car per week
Electric Car Charging: included in garaged parking price
Ski Hire: Once you arrive, it is nice to relax in the chalet and get your ski hire organised for the next day, without leaving the chalet. If you can, asap, let us know name, height, shoe size, ski ability (beginner, intermediate, advanced, expert), and you can decide on arrival. 150 CHF for Adult boots, Skis, poles, helmet. 100 CHF for under twelves. 50 CHF for under six.

Ski School: SSSA, ABC, private ski and snowboard
Lift passes: Online, our guests can buy both day and multi-day tickets for hiking trails, cross-country loops, tobogganing and skiing.

Arosa is 30km by road up the stunning Schannfig valley from Chur, a medieval walled ex-capital city, 120km by motorway from Zurich International Airport.
Developed as a health resort from 1877, due to it`s stunning surroundings, nature, long sunshine hours and clean air, Arosa is located in a wide natural bowl to a great extent sheltered from strong winds.
There is no transit traffic, cars arrive via 365 dreamy bends and through several tunnels.
A great destination for electric cars, we have dedicated charging points for Tesla (tbc) and overnight charging for all electric cars.
Parking is limited in arosa and car use, once in resort, is unnecessary, thanks to hourly access by Swissrail, and regular, free of charge, resort bus loops.

July – Arosa Jazz Festival – jazz sounds from the Obersee right up to the Weisshorn peak (July).
August – 13th Arosa Classic Car: from 31 August to 3 September 2017 – the International Hill Climb Arosa Classic Car between Langwies and Arosa transforms Arosa to the ‘Monaco of the Mountains’.
The event provides attractions and highlights on and off the race track (August / September).
November Ski Weekends: 27-29th October/3-5th November/10-12th November/17-19th November/24-26th November.
Winter Season 2017/18 12.12.2017–Sunday 15.04.2018, starting with skiing and the Arosa Humour Festival in it’s mountain Circus Tent.

Travel Options to Arosa
Arosa, at 1800m altitude is accessible by rail, road and air.
Rail – The total journey from Zurich Airport to Arosa is 2 hours 56 minutes, Including two changes – Zurich City Centre & Chur. The Intercity service between Zurich & Chur offers a great view of the lake.
Road – 130 km motorway from Zurich, 30 km driver friendly, well maintained mountain bends.
Air. There are Several Helipad landings in Arosa.
In Summer, we have Classic Car Enthusiasts , motor-bikers and Cyclists choosing us as a holiday destination. Ask about our garaged parking.
