Road Cycling.
Cycle  (or walk directly up on a mountain trail) to the Col du Joly for spectacular view of Mont Blanc, or off road to Col de Very and onto Megeve, or to Beaufort, or to Les Saisies or even Lake Annecy.  For experts, you have Col de Roselind, Chain d’Aravis, the Chicken, Col de Madelaine and more.

Mountain Biking
I love the circuit from the chalet – it took me 4 hours door to door, and had a bit of everything (15km ascent by road & track,  to Col de Very, and trail down.  Last time I went, it wasn’t marked black trail 24!)  Imagine the lively young scene at the bottom of a bike lift  I passed, with great food at the barbeque grill restaurant – love it.
The trend now is the E-mountain bike.  Kids and mum’s, 90 year olds – they all pass me, chatting with each other heading up steep terrain.  It gets everyone out and about together, so all good.  I want one!
Les Saisies resort has an ideal terrain for mountain biking. Facing Mont Blanc, at 1650 meters altitude.
Located between Beaufortain and Val d’Arly, the field is a vast playground, perfect for all mountain bikers (from beginners to seasoned practitioner) and all disciplines (downhill, enduro, cross country, free ride …). Many mountain bike trails of all levels are available between pastures and forests in the heart of scenery breathtaking.
Thirteen downhill mountain biking trails for all levels, three Enduro mountain biking, 160 km of cross-country routes labeled FFC, an edutainment park, a pump track, a wood area, here in numbers the options provided by the bike park Saisies .
Beaufortain side, enduro to the village of Beaufort and also to Albertville is accessible from the station with shuttle returns.
